The c-6 that i built with a tci kit, cheetah reverse pattern full manual shift valve body and a tci 3500 stall has a bad habit of delaying on the 3rd gear upshift.... I shift this motor at about 6500 to 6800 and just dont care for the no load speeds well over 7000. Ive heard this could be caused by the servo? Im not sure but i would appreciate any help! thanks... josh davis ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 04 Jul 2000 00:08:32 -0400 From: Ken Payne Subject: Re: ADMIN: Web site updates At 11:47 PM 7/3/00 , you wrote: >In a message dated 7/3/00 8:37:15 PM Pacific Daylight Time, >kpayne > ><< The Picture Gallery on the web site has been updated. Go to FoMoCo world head-quarters and you'll see Mazdas in the lobby (and some pretty cool Mazda sports car concepts). Remember, Ford Motor Company is: Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Mazda, Volvo, Aston Martin, Jaguar and Land Rover. Considering that the Ranger and Mazda B-series are made on the same line, and the Explorer "Sport" version is made on the Mazda line, I think the Mazda qualifies. We got pickups, quad cabs, Large SUV's, Small Sport CUtility Vehicles, and on and on and on. I had a 68 Ford Ranch Wagon that wasnt Actually a truck, but it sure drove through the desert like one. Look for conspiracies elsewhere. From our charter: Any truck considered in discussions must be recognizable as a Ford family truck and must be powered by an engine based on one originally installed in a Ford, Mercury, or Lincoln vehicle at the factory, but can be assembled using Ford pattern, after-market blocks and heads, as long as it is recognizable as a Ford,Mercury, or Lincoln engine.
