http://www.ford-trucks.com//lc/lc.php?action=do&link=http://www.copper.com/ should fulfill your needs for everything but linears
including tune-up/modification manuals & videos and they will ship COD as
well. My personal favorite site for 10/11 Meter equipment.

For linears (Illegal to use with CB BTW) try

Some sites I've bookmarked but have NOT dealt with are:

Take the cover off and paint 'em! :-)

The FCC takes a dim view of 'modifying' radios internally, but a 10 Meter
RCI-2950 or HR-2510 modified to access the CB band (11 Meter) would do you
well. (Just *DONT* transmit in or near the 10 Meter amateur band!!!) For
standard CB radios I've had good success with the Cobra 148F GTL and Uniden
Grant XL; both are modifiable to go out of the CB band but require extra parts > to do so. *Note that this paragraph descibes actions that are illegal and I
say it for 'informational' purposes only.* My take... in an emergency the
more channels I can transmit on the better chance I've got to actually reach
someone.
