I had a problem on my truck which half of one of the rear leafs broke, and
the truck was sagging. I went to a spring shop (Superior Spring if your from
or near CT) and got a set of 3/4 ton springs for about $100 apiece. They fit
perfect, and I would recommend any who has a similar truck to do this.
Without the rear block, it is stock ride height, and hauling and towing is
better.
The shackles and U bolts came unbolted fairly easily with WD 40 and a breaker
bar. The front spring hanger, however, was a nightmare. I used a
die-grinder to cut the bolts. Each of the 4 cuts took almost 2 hours each
because the bolts are hardened steal. Tough and not fun, but do-able.
Definately easier with a gas axe.
The other option for you that I would suggest are just add-a-leafs. They are
only about $60, and they should level it out, and increase spring rate a bit.
That is basically what the springs I bought are.
Good Luck

I have never bought one, but I know they vary from manufacturer to
manufacturer. I have a friend who has an 84 Bronco II with a 3" body lift.
It is really nice, with a Mustang 302 and 33's. Anyway, I am not sure if he
put it on or if he bought it like that. If you want, I can ask him about it.

Just enough to lift your body. Spacers, bolts, nuts, etc. And if your
lucky, bumber lift brackets. I think on a BII they give you the body spacers
and the rear bumber kit since the front doesn't really need to be lifted (the
valence behind the front bumber fills up your "new empty" space so there
really isn't any empty space). The rest of your linkage, cables, radiator
fan/shroud, wires, etc. is up to you. Hope this helps.
