The 4.30 is not as bad as it sounds it will only run 2400 RPM at 65 MPH. The 3.73 Posi is probably going to be available in the future but isn't at this time. Ford was also working on putting in Detroit Locker units but it is not working with the ABS so it may not ever see production. Nathan Bernard Union Auto, Inc. I'm not clear on which truck you are going to get from your post, but I know that you CAN get the 3.73 limited slip axle as an option for the new F-350. According to the Kelly Blue Book website, the MSRP on the axle is $260 and the dealer cost is $221. The option code is "XD1". Hope this is of some help. /Mark W. Are after market options available for a front right air bag deactivation switch? This deactivation switch is available from the factory in the Super Cab but not the Crew Cab. 4.
