Skid plates & off road pkg were not on list at time of order, are they now for this model? What is in off road pkg? I ordered approx 2/23, dealer has no build date, should he? Any of these options on hold? Anyone estimate deliv date? I know that PIAA makes a conversion kit for replacing the fog lights with a fog/driving combination.
