If you have a truck on order and get the Customer appreciation rebate, can
you also get the new $350 dealer cash in addition to it?

Hi all,

Does anybody know whats average mpg for
the 99 F250 Superduty 5.4 4x4??
I'm getting the 5 spd. manual trans, so
it should be a little better than the auto trans.
But I can't find any listing of average mpg for
this truck.
I'm just curious.

I have recently purchased a '98 Ford Explorer Limited with the leather
interior. I don't know if the leather is treated at the fatory or I should
treat it myself. This is my first vehicle with a leather interior and I
want to try and keep it in good shape. There are so many products out on
the market that I have no idea which products work well and are worth the
money and which ones are total garbage. Any advice would be appreciated!

HiYa...

you can get leather cleaners (saddle soap, Lexol, etc) at your local Tack=
Shop. Murphy's Oil Soap is good for cleaning leather too.. if i had=
leather seats, and they got dirty, i would go for the Murphy's. you can=
find it at the grocery store..

A good place to start is a leather or saddle shop.

Since mine only fits by about 3", I know what you're going through. Here
are the Supercab 4x4 specs per the Ford literature:

139" Wheelbase
Overall length - 222.3"
Inside box length - 6.5'

157" Wheelbase
Overall length - 240.9"
Inside box length - 8'

Joe,

The book says from 220.8 to 222.3 inches for the 6 1/2 foot box and 239.4 to
240.9 for the 8 foot box.
