This resulted in a nice low rumble at idle and nice deep sound at full throttle. As for the rims, watch what you buy. Ford went to a new hub design on the '97s. Just make sure that it will fit. Other than that, I don't recall what those rims look like. Finally, the performance chip, doesn't change overall horsepower/torque, mearly ships the high point down about 500 RPM. K&N > air filter: no effect. Pulleys, I haven't heard anything here about changes like that, so, try it and let us know.
