Tony, from the Dynomometer tests that have been performed by the other
members, the borla
exhaust added 15 hp as I recall keeping with the
same gas mileage. This resulted in a nice low rumble at idle and nice
deep sound at full throttle.

As for the rims, watch what you buy. Ford went to a new hub design on
the '97s. Just make sure that it will fit. Other than that, I don't
recall what those rims look like.

Finally, the performance chip, doesn't change overall
horsepower/torque, mearly ships the high point down about 500 RPM. K&N
> air filter: no effect. Pulleys, I haven't heard anything here about
changes like that, so, try it and let us know.

Have fun playing Tony, Chris Coleman, '97 Expy XLT, Smittybilt nerf
bars,
K&N air filter, Pioneer FHM-75 double din radio.
