I'm new to the list and have just bought a short whelbase '98 F150 4.6 automatic tranny that's 7500 miles from new. I guess this question is for Nathan. I'd like to know a fair price for a dealer to install the tranny cooler portion of the tow package. It already has the hitch/lights, and I don't want to ruin the ride with HD shocks as I don't really plan to tow. But I think the tranny cooler may be a good idea for longevity with a lot of around-town driving in a hot climate, if the price is right. Also, I'm looking for recommendations for the best dollar value non-spray bedliner and insulated, aluminium lock-box. I plan to do a lot of tent camping, and a good lockable, drainable combination cooler/utility box would be a real plus. Finally, a word for Nathan. I think it's great of you to participate in the list as you do. The straightforward responses you give here are valuable and refreshing. Thanks.
