I recently purchased a 98 Ranger 4x4 Off Road with 4.10 gears. Whenever I
am at speeds of about 78mph or higher I hear a faint vibration sound (I
don't actually feel a vibration) coming from the front of the truck. I was
told this is a product of the low gears. Anybody know anything about this?
Also fuel mileage. I usually get about 11-14 mpg driving at normal speeds.
Anybody else experience these?

You might want to ask this on our small truck list (Rangers, Bronco II,
Explorer & Aerostar).
