I have a 1991 F150 that won't start when it is damp or raining out. I'm new
to this list and am hoping someone may have some advice. Anyone else have
this problem? Is there a problem with a part that needs to be replaced or
is it just a Ford thing? Appreciate any advice.

Hi, just a correction. My F150 that won't start in wet weather is a 1993
model, not 91.

Usually this type problem can be traced to the secondary electrical
system. Check the distributer cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, and coil.
Replace as needed.

When my 85 crown victoria did this, it was the ERG that needed to be =
replaced. Since ypou've already done that, not sure what else it could =
be. I had the exact same symptoms though.

I am having a problem with my truck stalling at stop signs and/or low =
speed(10mph). It has a new engine, a completely
rebuild carb, new EGR, and a new fuel filter. When it stalls it seems =
like the ignition just got turned off. Any ideas? Do
you think it may be pollution control related?

Subject: New and Improved stickers

The 1st batch of stickers that we've been selling to fund
the web site and the Ford truck mailing lists have finally
been sold. We just got our second batch back from the
printer. Its very similar to the current sticker except
its larger and the web address font is different. This
sticker is **much** easier to read. Price is the same.

For those that don't know, to fund the web site I sell
static cling window stickers. Go to the main page and
click "Products" for full information (note, the page
says the sticker is 2.75" x 11", its now 3" x 12").

Now returning you to our regularly scheduled program...
