It covers all cars and trucks and shows which wires on the Ford test connector to jumper to get the Check Engine light to flash the codes and tells what the flashes mean. On top of this, it offers some explanation into the different systems which send codes to the computer and locates several of the sensors. I've got the Banks Stinger-Plus kit on mine and it will make 15 easily when going uphill empty (full throttle). I think that with a trailer I'll probably get up close to 20. As far as I know, they haven't changed boost since '94. The new 99's will probably make more since they're wastegated. As far as installing a boost gauge, you just put a T-connector in the hose from the MAP sensor on the passenger's side of the engine firewall. For complete instructions on how to do this and other info on the Power Stroke, check out my website at: http://www.ford-trucks.com//lc/lc.php?action=do&link=http://www.abol.com/users/jlester/ Click on Features and then on Banks Install and Review for info on installing the boost gauge. Here in Chicago, "reputable" dealers will not sell (actually install) a larger tire which would make the vehicle "illegal". For example, in the state of Illinois a tire may not stick out past the wheel-well fender. They site this as a safety hazard whereas if the protruding surface of the tire kicks up a rock. there is no fender to keep it from flying and possibly hitting another vehicle or pedestrian. If the tires fit in the wheel-well, the debris would be blocked by the fender. Check with your local city or county gov't. Sure beats dropping several hundred on a set of tires that earn you a ticket every time you pass a cop. And that's why God invented wheelwell "skirts"... not cheap but made of Urethane or Fibreglass and nearly indestructible. You mount those on your vehicle and it makes the body "stick out" further to get around the ordinance quote above. > Sure beats dropping several hundred on a set of tires that earn you a > ticket every time you pass a cop. The shops will usually warrantee their work and if the fitting comes apart they have a clamp they can install for a minor charge and they did not charge me for the freon that was lost when the fitting let go (after they had replaced the "O" ring). It was 5 years ago and the system is still working well so I can't remember the exact shop charge but I recall the "O" ring installation was little more than the freon vac and refill which it needed anyway.
