Early engines use 28.2 oz.-in. imbalance,
while 1982 and later engines use 50 oz.-in. imbalance.
All 351W engines use the early style 28.2 oz.-in. imbalance

Hi-

Now that I have received my insurance settlement on my 91 F-150, I realize
that I have several manuals taking up shelf space in the den.  I thought
about selling them to a local used bookstore, but decided it made more sense
to offer them here.  If you would like to purchase one (preferably all) of
these manuals, please make me an offer via e-mail.  I'm not real clear on
how I'll ship so allow for any special shipping requests in your offer (and
let me know if you have preferences.)  (When I order books, I usually find
that lack of state/local sales tax usually covers the shipping cost.)  My
address is: sd&jkclark tyler.net.

The manuals I have are:
A.  Volumes 1 & 2 of the Truck Shop Manual (1991 Bronco, Econoline,
F-Series, F-Super Duty)  These were ordered from Helm at a cost of $75 + $5
S&H.  Condition is good, but the thin green paper covers have various
creases from use.  Clean otherwise and not written in.
B.  Haynes Manual, 1980-1996 Ford Pickups & Bronco.  I don't remember what
this costs, although it is available many places.  It is in very good good
condition except for a few minor bite marks at the bottom of the spine (cat,
need I say more?)  I have written in the HP and torque ratings for various
1991 Ford Engines on the 2nd page.  I can't swear that there won't be some
pages with a greasy fingerprint somewhere, but I didn't find any when I
thumbed through one last time (this goes for the Shop manuals as well.)
C.  F-Series Owner Guide (1991)--Pretty much a freebie, if you buy one of
the others and want this I'll gladly throw it in.  Cover is a bit worn &
creased.

Thanks,

Shawn Clark

Hey folks, I am selling my pickup.. Its an '85 Ford F-150, it has a fresh
bored out 302, an AOD tranny with a shift kit and stall converter, and a few
other little goodies.. (email knight mcw.net and I'll give you the full
details)
I'm asking $2000 Canadian. The body is pretty decent, has the normal surface
rust in the 1/4 panels, and someone has replaced the panels already once
before, but some sanding and bondo will fix that right up.  I can not stress
enough how fast the truck is, it runs somewhere in the low 14's/high 13s in
the 1/4 mile and is definitely a Mustang beater.
I have heaps and Heaps of pictures so if anyone is interested please Email
me at knight mcw.net (don't use this account.. I never check it) Thanks alot

Mark

I have a 1981 F-150 4x4 with the 300cid six cylinder engine that I would
like to convert to fuel injection.  Clifford offers a kit that uses Chevy
parts but it costs over $2500.  Could I buy a cylinder head off of a later
model 300cid Ford truck engine and install it onto my engine block?  What
issues and challenges might come up in attempting to do this?  Would I be
better off by buying an entire engine instead?
