My 1985 F 250, with a 351 modified Cleveland (1978), is vapor locking in
the 95+ NM heat. Anyone with experience/ideas would be appreciated. Took
us all day to get back home, cooling it down with water over theradiator
and ice cubes on the fuel line, which runs across the top of the engine.

Fuel in the fuel filter appeared to be boiling.

Thanks for any help.

Well I tried the really fine sandpaper. I am either not using enough
force or the stains are down deeper than the paper can get. No big deal
I guess, don't have to keep it as clean this way ;-)

Thanks
Casey
