Quickly.... the sensor operated LEDs are really simple I would imagine.... an O2 sensor produces a voltage relative to the O2 content in the exhaust, This production of voltage does not occurr untill the sensor heats up to above 600 degrees. Don't worry about the Air injection system.... it only operates for a short time when the engine is first started to introduce 02 in the exhaust stream for the sole purpose of getting the Catalytic convertor to operating tempature sooner.... This is not exactly text book but a general idea. I read your listing and just felt like running off at the fingers for a sec or two.... hope it helps... need more info let me know, however I know nothing specific about the LED systems you mentioned.... but as one last note.... having been a engine performance guy from way back... I really don't see the lights being of much help...... you really want to tune.... use a chassis dyno and a four gas analyzer.... depending on where you are located, many tune-up shops have both... trying to find a technician who really knows how to effectivly use them is something else..... good luck John L. The ID tag on the drivers door has a trans code of G. C4 right? Well you got me thinking (can you smell it?) so I just went out and crawled under it. It's dark, it's cold, it's Halloween, it's a C6, OK, so I was wrong. Are you happy? I am! :) When I first reported FE360 C6 I looked at the engine sticker and it had an auto trans, so FE360 has to be a C6, I didn't look. Today going over the ID I seen the G trans code, C4, again I didn't get down there and look. Now I have looked at it and it's a C6. I bet the people on the fordnatics list still think it was you! You said you were leaving! Thanks for pointing this out to everyone buddy, pal, friend (ever notice (fri)(end) coincidence? I think not!) Again! Just a thought: If some one changed the dist at one time they may have gotten it installed incorrectly ( I.E. 180 deg out or even just one cylinder ) they may have been lazy and not corrected it and gust rotated the firing order on the dist cap. Everything would work fine but the #1 on the cap might actually be 4 or 6 or something like that. Do as some one has suggested and locate TDC on the #1 piston and see where the rotor is pointing. If you don't want to pull the dist then just start there as if it was the terminal that said 1 on it. If I ever get the money for centerlines their yours. I don't see money coming in any time soon, unless you've got a set to trade me.:) The guy I got the truck from bought it for the wheels it had on it. He pulled these off his truck.
